Wal-Mart and several other retailers are pulling formula off their shelves after a Missouri infant died from a rare bacterial The12.5-ounce cans of Enfamil Newborn haven’t been fully tested by federal officials, but the stores say they are removing the formula as a precaution.

If your baby has an IKEA high chair, you will need to listen up. In the United States and Canada, the retailer is recalling 160,000 high chairs. According to IKEA, the safety belts could result in injury.  The $20 high chairs are made of red, white, and blue plastic and were sold from August 2006 to January 2010.
